  • The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the recipient’s location and the carrier’s logistics.

  • AMÉZQUITA is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues with the carrier.

3. Delivery Information

  • To ensure a successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs or must coordinate pickup with the carrier.

4. Order Tracking
