Exchange and Return Policy
At Amézquita, we understand that every garment is an extension of your identity. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have designed an exchange and return process to provide you with an experience that reflects our philosophy.
1. In-Store Exchanges
If you made your purchase at our physical store, you may exchange the item for another product within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition, with intact tags and the corresponding receipt.
Note: Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
2. Online Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges or returns for online purchases can be processed either in our physical stores or by mail to your address within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges will be processed based on the original purchase value.

If you wish to exchange your product for one of higher value, you must pay the difference.

If the exchange is for a product of lesser value, no refunds will be issued. Instead, a Gift Card will be provided for future purchases.

Once we receive the package and verify that it meets the required conditions, we will process the exchange or refund within 5 to 7 business days and contact you via email. You will have the option to receive a Gift Card for the amount paid, valid for 3 months and redeemable for a future online purchase.

Exclusions: Sale or end-of-season items are not eligible for exchange or return.
3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all intact tags, and without alterations.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. Excluded Items

Items on promotion or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Modified, washed, damaged, or used items will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors, in which Amézquita will cover the costs.
6. Defective Products

If an item has a manufacturing defect, you may return or exchange it free of charge within 30 days of receipt. In this case, Amézquita will cover all related shipping costs.
