What is the Loom?
A meticulously interwoven fabric made up of 20,000 individual threads, combining the pure essence of natural fibers with the innovation of synthetic ones. This blend is designed to offer durability, softness, and resilience, while bringing each garment to life with Amézquita’s distinctive texture and character.
How to Care for a Loom-Woven Garment?
Hand Wash: To ensure your garment lasts a long time, it’s best to hand wash it in cold water. Use a mild detergent and avoid excessive rubbing to protect the threads.
Machine Wash: If you prefer using a washing machine, select the delicate cycle, cold water, and a mild detergent. Place the garment inside a laundry bag for extra protection.
No Bleach: Avoid bleach, as it can weaken the fabric and alter its natural texture. Gentle products are always the best choice!
Drying: Air drying is ideal—lay the garment flat to dry. If using a dryer, select a low-heat setting.
Ironing with Care: If needed, use a low-temperature iron and place a cloth between the iron and the garment to prevent direct heat damage.
Avoid Friction: Loom-woven fabric is delicate, so keep it away from rough surfaces, sharp objects, or abrasive materials.
